At Saison, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
